Exams and Exemption Policy
Scheduled exams are given at the end of each semester. Students who have not been absent
from class more than five (5) days and who have a grade of 80 percent or better for the course
will be exempt from taking the semester exam. Excused and Unexcused absences from class
except those that are school sponsored will count toward the five days per semester. (Doctor
notes will not count against the exemption policy for this school year due to COVID policies.)
Students assigned ISS or OSS during the semester by the Principal or assistant principal will not be eligible for an exemption.
Semester tests are scheduled for Wednesday May 26 for periods 1, 2, 3, and 4, and Friday, May 24, for periods 5 6, 7, and 8. Testing periods will be one hour:
